The booking form asks for your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, pickup and drop-off locations, travel dates and times, passenger count, vehicle choice, optional flight number and special requests. Payment slips sent by WhatsApp or email may contain payment information. Please do not include passport numbers, card details or unrelated sensitive information in special requests.
How we use it
We use your details to respond to enquiries, arrange transfers, create booking records, send booking emails and coordinate your journey. Details needed for the trip may be shared with the assigned driver and service providers supporting booking records and email delivery.
Preferences and external services
The website stores your selected language in your browser. WhatsApp opens a separate service, and your email application handles mail links. Those services process information according to their own privacy policies.
