Requests and confirmation
Submitting the form creates a booking request. Our team confirms availability and journey details manually. The website states confirmation within one hour; contact us directly for urgent travel.
Prices and additional charges
Published prices are starting rates for the stated service and vehicle. Airport parking is separate. Additional stops start from THB 200, and a Big Buddha stop starts from THB 300 per vehicle. VIP vehicles, special routes and other supplements require a quote. Confirm the complete price with our team before paying.
Payment
Payment is by bank transfer to the company account shown in the booking instructions. Confirm the total with our team, then transfer payment after booking and send the slip with your booking reference by WhatsApp or email.
Cancellation and changes
Free cancellation is advertised when you notify us at least 24 hours before pickup. Contact our team directly for cancellation, changes or refund arrangements and obtain written confirmation. No-shows are charged 100% of the fare. For later cancellations, ask the team to confirm the applicable charge before proceeding.
Airport pickup and passenger requirements
Airport pickup includes flight tracking and 30 minutes of waiting after landing. Confirm the meeting point with the team. Child seats and booster seats are not available. Tell us your passenger count and luggage requirements so we can confirm a suitable vehicle.
